Pallative Aged Care Outcomes Program (PACOP)

PACOP is a national palliative aged care program funded by the Australian Government Department of Health, Disability and Ageing. The program is designed to systematically improve care outcomes for all Australians in aged care settings through continuous standardised assessments, education and workforce training. This ensures that changing care needs are recognised and responded to promptly, strengthening the ability to deliver high-quality palliative and end-of-life care.
